This book is amazing. I wish it had been released a few years ago when I started producing as I feel it would have helped me progress massively faster.

The value of this book is incredible considering you will probably learn as much as if you had spent hundreds of €£$ on some dubspot or point blank courses.
Youtube is also sometimes a good and cheap source of knowledge but sadly this is hard to find good curated content in the middle of the rubbish. So buying this book is definitely a great investment.

The only negative I would put for this book is that the graphic design quality is really poor when compared to the high quality of the content. (just look at the cover)

Overall though I think this book is a true must have for any electronic music producer.
Even much more helpful than the book Ableton released last year and which was already quite good (especially on the design side).

Thanks Attack, keep up the good work 🙂

  • Any chance of US distribution in the future? I’m all about purchasing, but shipping is nearly as expensive as the book itself.

  • I purchased this a little while ago and its great – whilst it doesn’t explain certain fundamentals, in a sense I think that works because it means there is more space to cover more in depth techniques. My only gripe is that I have found a fair few typos. Nothing major but can be distracting when you are in the middle of doing a tutorial.

  • I find the book has missed loads of things out and when looking at things. There is something missing. it might be audio or explanation. For the price of the book this is very disappointing and amateur.

  • Definitely one of the best books on the subject. Pleasant to read from A to Z, but also perfectly adapted to a punctual consultation when you need it. I always find something interesting that helps me to go forward. The price is more than fair when you consider that’s going to help you much more than the new plugin you just bought.
