What’s the first record you ever bought?
That was an album by Kiss called Dynasty. I was a big Kiss fan at that time and this was their first album I got. It also features one of their biggest hits (‘I Was Made For Loving You’).
The first time you remember hearing electronic music?
In the beginning of the 90s. Quadrophonia‘s ‘Wave of the Future’ and T99‘s ‘Anasthasia’, both from ’91 as I remember, totally blew me away. I listened to other electronic music before, like Depeche Mode for example, but the two that I mentioned completely changed my perception of electronic music.
Your favourite ever record?
Hard to answer that but one band that I can mention here for sure would be Talk Talk. Their album It’s My Life in particular as it features some of their best songs. Also their last album Spirit of Eden is a timeless masterpiece. As for choosing one track it would be maybe ‘Dum Dum Girl’ or ‘Renee’.
