This week’s top mixes include Detroit’s Andrés on Balamii Radio, Clone’s Serge and Alden Tyrell on Radio 1, Juju & Jordash live at Dekmantel, and an Omar-S cassette from ’93.

Detroit’s Andrés on Balamii Radio. Initially an archive and app-based service, radio station Balamii is now broadcasting live from Peckham on weeknights from 7-9pm and Saturdays 12-8pm, and they’ve already been featuring some top guest DJs. Detroit native Andrés, known for tracks like ‘New For U’ and ‘Jazz Dance’, recently played two special hours of “gutbucket soul, spangly disco, gritty proto-house, ‘Everybody Dance’, blissed out boogie, extra-exciting edits, “Lies” by GQ, percussive workouts, Fleetwood Mac and a lot, lot more”. Clone’s Serge & Alden Tyrell On Radio 1. Influential Dutch DJs and producers Serge and Alden Tyrell played half an hour of dancefloor-proven electro, house, and techno tunes from the label on BBC Radio 1 – available for 30 days only. Stream above.

Juju & Jordash At Dekmantel Festival. Fabric premieres a live recording of jazz-informed techno-heads Juju & Jordash – aka Gal Aner and Jordan Czamanski – from this year’s Dekmantel festival. Stream above.

An Omar-S Cassette From ’93. For their Presents series, THUMP have partnered with Brooklyn club Output to present Omar-S of FXHE Records, the Detroit producer behind records like ‘Here’s Your Trance Now Dance’ and ‘Wayne County Cops’, alongside Actress and John FM. Promoting the night, Omar-S has presented a cassette mix from 1993, “full of jams and tape hiss, with brief moment of silence for the flip”. Stream above.

Truss’s Fabric Promo Mix. London-based techno producer-DJ Truss of Perc Trax and R&S among other respected imprints, has delivered a short interview with Fabric and an exclusive new promo mix teasing his latest studio collaborations, ahead of his set in Room 2 on Saturday 3rd October alongside Surgeon and Marcel Fengler.
