The Social Festival finalise plans for this year’s event, to be held at the Kent County Showgrounds on September 9th and 10th.
Previously a one-day event, this year’s Social Festival is set to take place over the weekend of September 9th and 10th.
This year’s line-up includes Andrew Weatherall, Eats Everything, Loco Dice, Sasha & Digweed in a world exclusive back-to-back set, Bicep, Gerd Jansen and legends such as Goldie, Laurent Garner, Carl Cox and LTJ Bukem.
Venues at the festival include the dark, womb-like environment of The Meadow, The Barn with its thousands of lights and big screen, and the enchanted woodland area of The Stables. There will also be be a stage hosted by Mixmag, featuring a centrally located DJ booth. The VIP area includes luxuries such as massages, spiritual holistic vibes and lots of extra comforts.
To complement the musical offering, Social Festival offers activities including an outdoor cinema showing music-related films and documentaries, a zip line and a graffiti wall. There are also camp sites, oxygen bars, shisha lounges, 24-hour shops, tattooists, cocktail bars, tarot card and crystal ball readings, hippie markets and pampering areas.
